Situated towards the South-Eastern end of the site, constitutes wide category of buildings that service this new district such as a mall, offices, hotels, metro hub and various retail units.
The dynamic volumes of individual blocks, diverse in nature, is tied together in a harmonious whole by using similar façade materials. These could be traditional local materials. Shading structures are common motif all around, on facades, roof tops and public spaces, helping to achieve a more sustainable development.
The Mixed Use Development (MUD) portion of the Site is being taken under PPP model. The development that would be undertaken in this area would consist of road network serving to MUD, utility and services connectivity, Development of Open/Green areas around and Development of the Open Area as demarcated for Infrastructural Development.
