The site is 11km distance from IGI airport. The project site is located to the South West of Delhi (approximately 21.8 kms from India Gate and adjoining the Millennium city of Gurgaon). The proposed site is connected and located in between a 100 m wide UER-II (Urban Extension Road II) on North and an 80m wide road (Dwarka Expressway) on the east being built by NHAI. Site also has a close connectivity to Blue line and Airport express line entering the complex. of the Metro.
Delhi – Ahmedabad railway passes close on the eastern side of the site having closest station of Bijwasan 3km away.
